I want a better sounding exhaust. Can't I just cut out the existing trash can muffler and install a Flowmaster (or similar) muffler? I don't need to purchase a whole cat back system for close to $1000, correct? I should be able to do this for less than $150...
If so what size in/out do I need? 3.5"? and an off set muffler?
