2011 Chevy Silverado issues

I have a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, crew cab, z71 4wd. 5.3l engine everything is stock under the hood.
My truck has been acting up lately. The issue is electrical for sure. Often times it starts by me trying to get in my truck an unlocking the door, well sometimes the auto door lock won’t work, or it will only life the lock half way. Also the headlights, taillights, and interior lights won’t come on as I know they should. Then I put my key in the ignition and turn it 1 click and none of the dash lights up like it should, all gauges stay deactivated. Then I try to crank it and it will do nothing, but I can hear a small click coming from under the hood. And all my gauges will pulse vigorously. Once I let the key go back to rest all the gauges will light up and flicker every color and throw ever code imaginable. Tpms, check engine, etc. then sometimes my lcd display will give me random prompts to do crazy stuff like service 4 wheel drive, service this service that. All I can do is turn it off take the key out and try again until eventually it works perfectly fine. But back to the beginning, if I go out to my truck and use the power unlock and it works right and all the lights come on, I simply get in and crank her up first try. My starter is dragging for sure but I can’t see this being the problem. I have a video of my gauge cluster but don’t know if it will upload right as this is my first time using. If you would like to see the video message me
