Default 2012 1500. Cannot fill truck with fuel!

My wife has a 2012 1500 4.8l extended cab. Recently, we had her brother in law change the fuel pump, was dumping fuel out of the top. Went to fill up that night after it got changed out. Well, squeeze the handle and it would only dispense 5-10 cents of gas. Checked the charcoal canister, it was good, even disconnected it when we went to fill it up. The other breather line has been blown out, and disconnected as well. Nothing has changed how quickly we can pump gas. Anyone have any other fixes or ideas????

I think you have a kinked or blocked vent hose for the tank. Sme thing happened when I had the pump changed on my 2003

what he said....remove the tank fill cap, disconnect the tank vent line at the cannister. blow back to the tank to check for a restriction.
