Default 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 fuel pressure Question

I have a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 5.3 flex fuel engine that won’t/rarely goes above 45psi on the fuel pressure, even when the throttle is wide open. The truck has had sluggish acceleration since I bought it, which is what I am trying to fix now. I have a used a bi directional scan tool to try and figure out what may be happening. I raised the command pressure (stopped at idle) to 55 and 60 but there was no change in actual psi. I have hooked a gauge to the fuel rail and it showed the same 45 psi. Fuel pump was changed a few years ago and I have not put very many miles on it since the change. I have replaced the fuel tank pressure sensor, FPCM, ECM (the deadline pin on original ECM was bad causing false signals with the fuel tank pressure sensor with the readings into the -1300s), The evap system solenoid is good on the top and I replaced the one right after the charcoal canister dude being clogged and bad which solved the different issue. I have also cleaned both underbody grounds. I called the service department at a dealership today and they strangely said that on my engine it should be between 50 and 100 psi which I think is wrong but I am assuming it’s supposed to be 55 to 60 psi. I’ve done all the relearns after the ECM replacement. The scan tool I am using as the launch X431 elite 2.0. All this being said does anybody have any suggestions of what I need to look at next or any other ideas? research I’ve done suggests it’s stuck in limp mode. Any help and direction on this would be greatly appreciated.
