Default 2013 factory navigation radio reset

Just bought a used 2013 Texas edition. Has factory nav and hard drive and Bluetooth. The HDD has someone else’s music on it. The Bluetooth can’t pair anyone more phones cuz it’s full. And the nav gps is showing me in the next state over. Tried google and really can’t get any answer that doesn’t involve taking the dash apart. Or going to a dealer and paying them to flash it and spending a hour of labor. Does anyone know who to reset all of this to factory setting so I can start off fresh. Any help would be great thank you.

I can't speak to your 13 Chevy pickup, but on my 15 Malibu, you just go into settings and you can erase all of that junk. However mine has no Mylink navigation thankfully, so perhaps that's a totally different affair.
