Default 2013 silverado running hotter

hey all, I recently changed the heater hoses on my 2013 2500-hd silverado with the 6.0. before i changed the hoses the gauge was just before the 210 mark and after changing the hoses its now on the 210 mark. ive tried bleeding the air out of the cooling system. I'm concerned about it running a little warmer. was also thinking about putting a cooler thermostat in it? any idea's on why its running warmer and is it okay to put a cooler thermostat in it?
thanks

210 is normal. My truck runs at 210 and when I had a 2013 it ran at 210.
