Default Back up sensor/computer issues

Hi all. On my 2013 2500 LTZ, I get a long maybe 5-6 second warning when I shift in to reverse. No warning lights just the buzzer /chime noise. I have put truck in reverse while idling with parking brake on and when back and waved at sensors and do not get a response, The system worked great until I swapped out the OEM chrome bumper and installed a Ranch Hand Bumper. When I first put it on I got a warning light that the system needed repair but now just the buzzer. I found a bad sensor, then swapped it out. Have done a ring out on all four sensors and they check out. They all make the ticking sound under a stethoscope. I have done the pull the fuse and discount the battery to try and reset the system, then restored it. Sprayed contact cleaner on the main cable hook ups. Any one got any ideas? My scanner shows no codes but it is a lower cost unit and BU sensors are not in its program. Thanks in advance
