code c0561 abs and hard shifting

code c0561 abs and hard shifting
Hello,
Just got back from 1800 mikes to the Smokeys pulling an enclosed trailer with about 1700 lbs of bikes and almost home had the engine light come on. Checked the codes and found c0561 abs system disabled info stored invalid serial data received along with P0300 and P0304 random and number 4 misfire. Plus hard shifting from 1st to 2nd.
The only issue i had was during the way back through the mountains i heated up the front brakes pretty good and when i stopped to let them cool down had some far amount of steam/smoke from the left front wheel. I looked it over but didnt have any issue stopping.
I have replaced the plugs and added some royal purple injector cleaner along with checking spark, the wires, and voltage to the injectors.
I looked up on google and found some connection to all of thes but not real answers....Help.
