09 silverado 1500 5.3l coolant fans run on low speed with ignition off. They turn off and run normal when ignition is in on position or truck engine running. Only code recorded was P0690. High voltage from pcm power relay. Where is that? I changed fan relays, temperature sensor, new battery, cleaned all grounds plus added extra motor to body ground, coolant level full. Tried new pcm. Wiring looks good. Truck runs great but for the fan issue. IDEAS ANYONE?
