Default Creaking Noise

I recently installed 2-inch rough country wheel spacers on my 2011 Silverado 1500. Ever since the front wheels have been making a creaking sound every time I go over a bump or hit a pothole. I installed everything correctly and the wheels were put back on tightly and are secure. I knew that the spacers would affect my turn radius but I was not expecting the noise. Any ideas of what to do to stop the creaking? I don't really want to take the front spacers off because with them on, my wheels/tires sit flush with my fender flares.

Sounds like it could be your control arm bushings. They are now going a bit further up and down causing the sound.

If that is the case, do you think I would need to get them replaced so the spacers don't cause any damage?

It might be that they wear in after a while and the noise stops.
