Default front right tire pressure low even after tire rotation and sensor recalibration

So my tire pressure sensor started reading low on the way to work so I pulled over to check it out to make sure it was okay. Looked over all 4 tires and no issues, nothing wrong. Stopped at gas station anyways and made sure everything was at the same pressure. Started driving again and it went crazy after about 2 minutes of driving, dropping down to 9psi and jumping up to 50psi. When it started reading high and low I knew something was up. I figured it was the battery on the sensor and I was due for a tire rotation so I figured I'd get it replaced when they did that.
Tire shop tells me the sensors are only 2 years old and should last 6-7 years, that when they reprogrammed the sensors after rotation they all responded quickly and with the correct tire pressure. that maybe it just needed to be recalibrated.
drove the truck home and a little bit on sunday then it started doing the same thing on the way to work this morning. whats weird is that its saying the same tire is low so I'm guessing its not the sensors, but the receiver in the truck that gets the info from the sensors?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

what year? what size truck? What are the actual pressures of the tires with a gauge? what wheel location is the bad sensor reading? aftermarket sensors or oem?

does your truck have anything inside it that could create radio frequency interference. chargers, window tint can create problems with the rf signals from the sensors.

the most likely problem is a bad/weak sensor.
all the tire shop did was register the existing sensors location in the rcdlr module. a dealer tpm tool will check the battery life of the sensor.

Its a 2007 nab
1500
Actual pressure varies by temp from 39-44psi
Front right
After market.........oem was replaced when I purchased the tires 2 years ago.
Well I always have my cell phone and of course the key fob is an rf device, but there isn't anything that should interfere.
I don't use a phone charger in the car and the only tint is the factory tint on the rear windows
That's what I thought too.
We'll see, maybe I'll just take it in and spring for a new one
