Post No crank. Just clicking

09 Chevy Silverado 1500
I have been dealing with what I can only imagine is an electrical issue for over a year now. A year ago it started with replacement of a battery. What I thought was the solution was far from. Since last December I have Replace the alternator 2 ( 2 months ago) and the Starter ( 4 months ago). Along the way I also replaced the AC compressor, but according to the mechanic there is no power coming from the ac fuse in the fusebox. Recently the truck wont crank but does click when the key is turned. I thought the cold front could have made an impact on my existing battery so I installed a brand new replacement battery and it is still only clicking. I have gone through issues where the truck will surge while dricing and start locking and unlocking doors truck will stall and radio will lose its mind. I can only assume there is a bigger issue at hand. I would appreciate any advice or knowledge on the subject.

It sounds to me like a ground issue. I would check all the ground pionts starting at the battery. Grounds can become loose and corroded, and changing the battery could have made it worse by moving wires,

I can’t comment on all the issues but I had the constantly changing language issue in the DIC with my 2003 Yukon. It ended up being the a momentary switch on the circuit board to the far right corner of the instrument cluster. One of the ones with the long shaft to reach it. I had to solder a new switch to the board to resolve it.
