Default No start. No power to fuel pump

Ok I woke up the other day and it wouldn't start. Had it running on starting fluid. Tried key in on position. No hum from pump. So I replaced pump. Dropped tank, needed new straps. New lock ring because the old one got mangled taking it off.. just a nightmare job but I wrapped it up today and the damn thing still don't run. Checked fuse and relay..I visually inspected the fuse and switched relays with a.c condenser relay. Got out my lightbulb tester and had someone turn the key and seen there's no power to the fuse or the relay. I'm thinking a bad ground but can't find much info, does anyone know where the ground for the fuel pumps located? Any other ideas?! Plz! It's my work truck and I need this thing to go vroom
