Default P0307 code is killing me

My 2011 silverado is running rough and keeps throwing if P0307 codes and tgan just through some P0300. I have changed my spark plugs , ignition coil for cylinder 7 swapped fuel infectors from 5 to 7 , sea foamed my cylinders and gas tank and even took the head off and found a stuck exhaust lifter and replaced and truck is still running rough. The check engine light flashes and stabiltrac turns off . I also have 125 pressure in each cylinder aswell . Any ideas out there ? I’ve been fighting this problem for quite a few months now

Does the problem follow with changing things around, i'm assuming not? Is it still #7? What does the spark plugs look like?

Yes it does follow me around when I change things around . The spark plugs don’t look to bad at all

So, if the problem of P0307 follows when you change coil, injector to P0305, I'd say you need to replace injector/coil pack. How many miles on the coil?

I already changed the coil in #7 and swapped injectors and the same code keeps coming up which is P0307

Since the compression is fine across the cylinders, plug looks good, I don't know, but 250k, could still be a valve seal leaking oil.
