Default P0340(Camshaft position sensor circuit)

I have 2013 Silverado 5.3 and after I cleaned the throttle body the engine went up to 3000 rpm so I did the idle relearn procedure numerous times and never worked. While riding all of sudden the truck lost power and cut off. I towed it home and checked the fault codes and it was P0340(Camshaft position sensor circuit), P0507(Idle Control System RPM higher than expected), P0068(Throttle Body Air Flow Performance). So I replaced the throttle body, the camshaft position sensor and cleaned the Mass Air Flow Sensor and still will not crank and I still got the same permanent faults. Anyone ever run into this problem and what was the problem?

Any updates on this? Im having a similar issue, just P0340 and someone took this truck to some shops and had some work done before I got it. I think maybe they took the throttle body off also.
