Getting this code on my 2007 silverado 5.3v8
fuel rail pressure sensor circute range/performance.
I've watched several you tube videos on changing the sensor sensorengine & make of truck, but they all show the sensor as being located on the fuel rail. I dont see any sensors at all on either of my fuel rails. Has anyone ran into this? Is it mounted in a different location?
thanks

The only fuel pressure sensor I see in the repair manual for a 2007 Silverado 5.3 (assuming NOT the 2007 "Classic" appears to be located on the firewall, inline in the fuel lines from the tank. Here's a diagram in the manual for the truck:

A 2007 "Classic" (GMT800 instead of GMT900) does not appear to have this sensor at all. And I will bet that the videos you've watched on Youtube are for newer vehicles than the GMT900 or GMT800.
