Hi, I want to know if anybody knows why my 2009 silverado z71 shake when is going maybe from 3-10 mph, I got 18s wheels with 265/65/18 all terrain but they are to noise and I didnt if that could be

 

Typically a low speed tire shake is caused by a slipped belt in the tire.

Visually inspect the tires for bulges in the tread and/or both sidewalls. If nothing is visible, rotate the tires and see if the shake follows from the front to rear axle (or vice versa).
