Default tail light failure

I have a 2008 Silverado LS 4.8 4x4. My brake lights work on both left and right sides, as well as my blinkers. But my running lights are out on driver/left side. I replaced both bulbs, and still nothing. I replaced the circuit board for the tail lights (splitter board) and still same issue. What do I try next??? New harness that plugs into circuit board on one end and the bulbs go into the other??? Anyone encounter this problem before? What was the final remedy??? Thanks in advance everyone

Welcome from Florida. Check your fuses. They use a different fuse for each side.
