TPMS Thinks its a dually
2010 Silverado Ext Cab 6.0
My TPMS thinks it is a dually. The "Service TPMS" message and warning light come on, and message for the Right RR tire and Left RR tire not functioning. Truck is a not a dually. Just had new tires installed along with all new sensors. Each tire reads pressure accurately. Is this a software config issue or does the TPMS need replaced?
Thanks for your help!

not following here...does it display four or six tpms sensor readings? if all you have is error messages for both rear wheels how does that you think its a dually vs the rear sensors not registered?

On start up the icon for the TPMS is lit up, and in the display center there are "Left RR tire is low" and Right RR" tire is low. Assumed it thought it was a dually, but pulled trailer over the weekend and the indicator icon and error messages did not display when the trailer plug was hooked up.........
It does only give the air pressure readings on the four sensors when you click through the message center.......

what do you have the rear pressures set to? The warning threshold for the rear tires is most likely 20lbs higher than the front for a 2500 3500. you need to be setting the psi to the tire placard setting for front and rear.
