Hello, I have a 2011 Silverado 4.8L 2WD. I was going home one night and all of a sudden I got no acceleration. I called a tow truck up and they take it home and when he tries to take it off the flatbed, the truck won’t back up, not even on neutral. So I have 2 problems the first that my truck doesn’t accelerate or reverse on any gear and when trying to push in neutral it will only go forward but pushing back it locks up. Does anyone know what could be my problem?

Did you ever figure this out. I have a 93 that is doing the same thing. It happened all of the sudden.

 

if rear disc....make sure the ebrake shoes haven't separated and wedged into the hat of the rotor
