Upsizing 16 OEM wheels/tires on 2500hd?

Upsizing 16 OEM wheels/tires on 2500hd?
I dont like the looks of the stock LT245/75R/16s on the 2007 Silverado 2500HD Crew Cab.
Anyone know the maximum height I can increase the height while leaving the suspension stock/OEM?
Id prefer to replace them with OEM rims, but open to others.
Examples with pics would be great.
