Intermittently losing power while driving and 2 high beams out
Hello everyone,
I have a Chevy Silverado 1500 (2010) and recently I had the radiator replaced due to a hole in it.
During the time when the radiator was leaking the following happened:
-Both High Beam lights stopped working
-1 Low Beam stopped working while the other is still working
-Sometime when I put the key and try to start it, I won't have any electrical power and the dashboard is off and I won't hear any cranking sound. All I hear is a tick one I flip the key in the ignition coming from somewhere under the hood so I wait like 2 to 3 minutes and then I try to start it again and suddenly the dashboard lights up and the truck starts.
-Now I started losing power while I am driving and the only way to stop the truck from turning off while driving is to push on the gas.
all the above 4 symptoms are happening almost everyday.
I have a new battery. I checked the fuses and they look good visually. I did not test them with a multimeter.
Can someone please guide me in the right direction.
Thank you!
