Default Wiring/short circuit

So i i went to have the gos removed from my pickup after paying it off. They cut off some wires did this and that...anywho....my right prk light fuse keeps going out. I have no idea why. I need to get those lights running as to avoid getting pulled over.

I unplugged the pigtail belonging to the tail lights and kept blowing a fuse. I cleaned a ground under dtiver door hinge and nothing.

Any tips?

Wires just loose under dash coming from main...dont know where they go to.

It’s probably obvious but what is a “gos”?

Is the truck a 1500, 2500 or 3500 and what is the year and engine for the truck?

The wires in your pic are a blunt cut harness for wiring in a trailer brake controller. Unlikely to be related to the problem.
