Won’t turn over (Plzzzzz help)

my Silverado 2011 LT 2wd won’t turn over —today I noticed I was shoooting out oil from the filter like it was punctured
so I pulled over replaced the oil filter and added some oil since the truck lost a lot of oil within just a mile of driving
after placing new oil tried to start it up and wouldn’t start up. Replaced the battery and same thing just keeps trying to turn but makes a loud weird sound while doing it . I’m hoping something didn’t happen to this engine plz give me some advice

Welcome from Florida. Was there a hole in the oil filter? You say it tries to start. Does the engine actually turn and not start or does not turn at all and make the noises?
