Default 1997 chevy k1500 350

Hello guys,Ive been dealing with this problem for awhile now,Looking to get some ideas,My truck throws multiple misfire code 0300,Ive change everything,Plugs, wires,wh ole distributor, coil, even took it apart and changed the fuel valve thing on the spider injectors, heres the strange thing and this happened twice,My battery got low,not low enough to erase the codes but low,When I jumped the truck the check engine light goes away and the truck runs great for about a week,And then its back to the code again, jumped it again today and my battery is brand new,I accidently left my lights on,But after the jump, check engine light off again and truck runs great,Any ideas on this???
