Question 2014 Silverado 2500HD Power Window Switch

Have the remote master power window switch that apparently has two of the switches going bad. Driver side front and rear work ok, but the passenger front will lower all the way and not raise and the passenger will lower a little and not raise, sometimes it will. But all windows will lower and raise with each of their perspective doors electric switches ok everytime. Question, from what I can tell on the internet, the remote driver side and each individual power window switch are programmable. Does this mean the switches will have to be installed by the dealer or mechanic that has software, in order for them to work? I take it this is because of the keyless remote to open and lock the doors. Apparently, the window switches are an intragated part of a power module that includes the locking mechanism. They are not separate. Also, anyone know the correct part number for the switch? I've seen three different numbers on the internet and say they are for my vin number with power locks. Any help will be appreciated.
