I am interested in buying a 2014 Silverado 2500HD 4WD LT crew cab. I've been trying to find out if this truck has the Active Fuel Management or Displacement on Demand if on it this year model by VIN number. VIN number is 1GC1KXCG4EF101109 . It has the 6.0L engine. Also would like to know if these particular year models have the cast iron heads. Thanks.

 

Ok. Did not see the words Active Fuel Management or Displacement on Demand when I found and ran the VIN decoder BUT it did say it had the Variable Valve Timing, E85 flex fuel, the 6.0L Model Code CK20743 and engine was a iron engine block type; iron, iron, iron, iron and had the L96 engine order code. So is there something I'm to gather here if it has or has not AFM or Displacement on Demand or is there something else in the specs that I should have seen and not listed here? Sorry, but this will be the first Chevy I've owned in quite a few years.
