Default AC Blowing hot on driver side 2014 Silverado

I’ve been having this issue with the AC sometimes working on driver side, and sometimes blowing 20 degrees warmer. I had found a temp fix to unhook the battery and when I reconnect, all would be working again. That stopped working, and after researching, decided to change the temp actuator accessed by removing the glove box. After replacing, I did the recalibration and can see it moving when I adjust temp, but still same issue. I had the dealership look at it, and they claim it to be the mode actuator behind the radio. They also wanted 1200, but before I attempt to now replace that actuator, does that sound plausible? I was under the impression that actuator controlled air flow, not temperature.

It will if ,to an extent, if its diverting the air somewhere else. Do you have an actuator near gas pedal?

yes, I’ve replaced the mode actuator also. I just replaced the power control module but I don’t know how to do a recalibration or reset on that??

Mine on my 1998 K-1500 wouldn't divert air to the defroster a few months back. Put a genuine AC Delco unit on it, and it works fine now. No calibration needed. Just three 5.5mm screws, but the one near the firewall was a real bitch to get back on without stripping the plastic housing.
