Likely a bad serpentine belt pulley, would be my guess.

what year? How many miles? what engine? Any mods? You should open the hood & let us hear from different areas. Trying to listen to a 4 sec video is difficult at best. I'm surprised that the dealership can't locate it. Go to Harbor Freight & buy a cheap engine stethoscope & try to locate it with that. Just a couple suggestions.

It’s a 2017 Silverado. There’s only 48k miles. 4.3 liter v6. No mods besides on the body. I cant Upload more than a 4 second clip because of the size of upload. I’ll try adding another video from a different location.

Second video. Different location. Sorry it’s so short.

One of your belt pulleys has a bad bearing, Remove the serpentine belt, and you find a rough pulley bearing that needs replacement.
