Is Chevy smart to offer a I-4 turbo?
The four-cylinder will produce 310 horsepower and 348 lb-ft of torque, and it'll be in a package that's almost 400 pounds lighter, so it shouldn't feel under powered. Do you think this is going to be a hit for Chevy? Would you consider a four-banger Silverado? Let me know below!

Nah, I wouldn't. Sure it would be easier to work on a four banger in a full-sized pickup truck, but only a V6 or V8 would be my choice. I dont like turbochargers on gasoline vehicles not intended for racing. Why Chevy pulled the 2.5 liter mill from the Malibu lineup is beyond my ken. Its a great motor, with terrific gas mileage and lots of power and no turbocharger to go bad either.
That car wont hold up its resale value with an I-4 motor. The Camaro is a muscle car for petes sake!
