Default Creaking when accelerating 2017 Chevy 1500

I just purchased a used 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT 4WD and it’s been great the last two weeks. But this week there has been some creaking going on. I’m a first time truck owner so looking for some input on what it could be. Here’s some things that may help:
1) it only creaks when going forward, not reverse
2) I can take my foot off the brake and it won’t creak but when I start to accelerate it will
3) only happens between about 5-10mph
4) it doesn’t happen when going over bumps
5) I don’t “feel” anything in the brake, accelerator, or steering wheel
6) happens in FWD and 4WD

if there’s any other info that would be helpful let me know and I will try to get it to you. TIA

Mileage would help, might need a brake job.
