My truck has got an intermittent 2138 that throws with no pattern. The accelerator position sensor has been replaced. I had taken it to a dealership and they replaced the connector to the ecm. Code is still being thrown. The dealership told me it is unrelated to the TSB regarding the water intrusion of the connectors so im not sure if thats the cause. It looks like the connector to the acc pedal has been replaced before I owned the truck and i am unsure if that is the issue. I don't know what to go after and try to replace/repair next.
