Default Key program & Driver settings

I have a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500. I originally had 2 working keys but I lost the key & fob that was programed for driver 2. I was able to have someone successfully program a new key & Fob to my truck. However, the new key is now programed as driver 3 and because of that the auto recall for my seats and mirrors will not work. According to the owners manual the truck can have unto 8 key/fob's programed to it but only driver 1 and 2 will activate the auto recall seat and mirror settings. How do I delete driver 2 (the lost key & Fob) and associate the new replacement key to driver 2?

My brother ran into this issue on his truck and he was able to find a locksmith with a programmer capable of deleting ALL keys/fobs, then reprogram the 2 keys/Fobs which makes them #1 & #2 by default.
