Hi Everyone, first time here and first time posting!

So ill get right to it...I had a trouble code P0305 [Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected] originally and replaced the injector. Also, had to replace the starter not to long ago, burned out. Was driving good for a day and then the truck started acting up and now wont start.

Now here are the NEW codes that came to me ALL at once, odd no?

P0101 CHEVROLET - Mass Air Flow Sensor Performance
P0106 CHEVROLET - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem
P0305 CHEVROLET - Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected [AGAIN!]
P050D CHEVROLET - Cold Start Rough Idle
P0011 CHEVROLET - Intake Camshaft Position System Performance
P0016 CHEVROLET - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor 'A'
P0068 CHEVROLET - MAP/MAF - Throttle Position Correlation
P0089 CHEVROLET - Fuel Pressure 1 Control Performance
P228D CHEVROLET - Fuel Pressure Regulator 1 Exceeded Control Limits - Pressure Too High

The truck started loosing power and finally died on the road and wont start again.

Disconnected the battery for 5 minutes with no prevail, everything is the same...what gives!

Any suggestions are appreciated.
