So I just replaced the transmission on my 2015 Silverado. Now the engine has a constant ticking noise I’m think it’s the lifter and the transfer case is leaking bad. It has 147,000 miles on it. Any suggestions?

 

If the transfer case is leaking, and was not before the transmission replacement, it sure sounds like the transmission shop did something wrong. Have you gone back to them about these new issues?

I can't comment on the ticking noise... maybe someone else can.
