Default P0340 after replacing sensor and no start

My wife ran my 2014 Chevy Silverado 5.3 liter out of gas and it would not start back. I had it towed to my house and it was giving me a code for fuel rail pressure sensor. I changed it and the sensor under truck on low pressure line. I measured pressure to hpfp and it was good. I was aware the hpfp goes out often so I replaced it when it still wouldn’t start.I also replaced spark plugs and wires and new battery. It was giving me a P0340 code so I replaced the camshaft position sensor. I cleared code and tried to start truck but it is still just cranking and throwing P0340 code. Is there a relearn code or something tripped that I have to reset for this problem to be fixed. I’m going to check the power on the sensor with a multimeter and make sure the new one isn’t bad but IDK what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you replace with OEM parts?

you should be able to find circuit schematics on charm.li

https://easyautodiagnostics.com/gm/4...-bench-tests-1

it's probably a good idea to perform a relearn using a bidirectional diagnostic tool
