Exclamation service 4WD issues

hi i have a 2014 chevy Silverado 1500 LT with a 4.3l I'm having 4wd issues, there is a service 4wd message on the dash and i am constantly getting 3 codes from the TCCM C0306, C0321, C0396...
and i have already checked the obvious fuses, 10volts at the encoder motor, i replaced the 4WD switch and the encoder motor already, still have the same codes and cant hear any audible noises from the shift motor.
wondering if any of yall have have the same problem and what it would take to get it fixed.... other then what I've already done obviously lol..
thanks.

By following the diagnostic steps in the links I posted. The tests are there.
The site also has symptom related procedures:
