Tonight I just noticed that when the truck is off, the back lights for the control ***** and the back light for the mylink touch screen are staying on. I have tried researching the issue with no luck. has anyone else seen this and could possibly help with some troubleshooting? I think it may have something to do with the dimmer switch. Btw, my truck is a 2014 Silverado 1500 LTZ. Thanks!

 

And this is after you have opened the door and locked the vehicle? On my 2017 Silverado, these stay on as a feature.

 

I have similar problems. My 2016 Silverado starts blinking on and off for about 5 to 15 minutes then it seems to reset and the MyLink panel lights up and all things work. Radio, nav, etc. also it has a ticking sound when the truck is just sitting and when I start it until the panel stops blinking. Anyone have an idea?
