Default Voltage issues

I have a 2016 Silverado 1500 LTZ with the 5.3L. I have been having a issue currently where every so often I have weird voltage drops. You can be driving and if you have the radio and blower going the screen will turn black and the blower slows. It happens mostly when using the power windows. When it happens every few time is will throw an airbag and stability light for a few seconds and they go away. A one had this issue and/or know a fix. I just installed a new batter about a month ago to see if it helped ( it did not ).

Check for loose ground straps under the dash and under the hood. Most of a vehicles electrical wiring harnesses only run the positive side (battery power), with the return side of the circuit being to the vehicle chassis (metal). You will have various "ground straps" that connect from the firewall into wiring harnesses in various places to connect the ground side of the circuit. If one of these has loosened, gotten corroded, etc, it might become intermittent or not handle the full load that it should, causing apparent dropouts like you are describing.
