Default 2019 Silverado Headlight Issues

I have a 2019 1500 Silverado LTZ Z71 5.3L

My headlights will not cycle between on/off/park/auto. Low beams are always on. Instrument lights come on automatically at night (off during the day). DRLs are also on. High beams will not come on even though the high beam light on the dash comes on. All blinkers and brake lights work as they should. All fuses are good. Any ideas? All equipment is stock/OEM.

have the bcm scanned for codes. the bcm controls all lighting. a bcm fault won't cause an ses light. a code reader can't access body codes....full function scan tool required.
if no codes are set...maybe updated programming is available from the dealer.

Thank you. I was hoping to avoid going back to the dealer but looks like I’m going to have to.
