Default 2019 Texas Edition Infotainment

Hey guys my Infotainment Center has lost the USB Option. I changed the 3 blade fuse on the right side fuse panel still no USB option to play anything on a USB Thumb drive. The only other thing I can think if is to reset the Radio. So I reset it using the radios options. Didn't help anyway.
Anyone had this problem and found a fix? I need help please.

Default 2019 Radio Module gone bad no support from Chevy

My 2019 just lost the radio module and the dealer wants $671.52 for the part and anther $339.35 for diagnostic fees and labor. The kicker the truck has 38k miles on it and Chevy won't stand behind their product. All I've heard is the repair doesn't last either so I guess the modules are junk and Chevrolet knows it but doesn't do anything about it. I've been a loyal Chevy owner for years. This is my 5th Chevy truck and probably my last.
