Question 2020 2500HD Brake Noise!

I have about 9,500 miles on this new truck and I can not believe how noisy the brakes are! A little noise is fine, but I have never had a truck (or any other vehicle) this bad. It sounds like it's coming from the rear passenger side and intermittent - it doesn't do it all the time. It's worst during lighter braking - getting on them harder quietens them up. Then - it won't make any noise for a while - just to start up again. I've taken it to the dealer and of course, they found nothing wrong. I pull up in front of customers homes and if they are outside, they are like..."dude fix your brakes". Sucks to have invested in a new truck that sounds like a beater.

Anyone else have this issue???

Default Same noise on mine.

When I bought my '21 2500HD I had the squealing front brakes and "wonking" rear brakes.
The new pad compound only addressed the front brakes. My rear brakes still make this loud and reverberating noise that sound like a whale moaning. My dealership is trying to tell me that the noise is a normal characteristic of the braking system. I have never had a truck that had noisy brakes. I have always lived on dirt roads and never had these problems.

There is a recall, they will replace the brakes.

My 2022 Silverado 2500HD started making the whale moaning sounds that sound like semi trucks or dump trucks. Bought the truck brand new and the noise started at around 5,000 miles. I currently have 25,000 and it's still making the noise. Typically it occurs at light breaking conditions and extremely slow speeds like a drive through line or being in line at a stop sign.... I have an appointment scheduled with my dealership in a couple weeks for this issue, the turn signals staying on, oil change and general servicing.

Any advice on what to say to the service techs at the dealership to get them to fix this issue?
