Default 2022, 2500hd, cooling lines rubbing

I read a post the other day, stating that the Transmission and Engine Oil cooling lines, maybe rubbing. So, I crawled under the truck. Sure enough, the cooling lines from the transmission to the radiator, were close enough, to maybe rub. I did find the engine oil cooling lines to the radiator were rubbing in one area, slightly. Also, the point where the transmission and engine oil cooling lines crossed, were very close. So, I took several wire ties and put on the lines, where they either rubbed or were very close, to keep the lines from rubbing. I will watch these lines for issues.

That'll work, or buy some of those plastic hose/wire covers to fit.

As oilcanhenry said, use some tubing. I have used fuel line tubing, slit it lengthwise, slip it over where the area where it could rub/wear through, and then secure it using a couple of zip ties.

Good Luck!
