Smile 2022 Silverado LT

Hello!

I just got a 2022 Silverado LT-- It has the heated seats buttons on the dash but they don't do anything when they are pushed. Is there a way to figure out if they just need to be connected or do all the LT models come with those buttons even tho they don't work?

Any other mods I should do?

Thanks guys!

If it came with the buttons then it should work, u should definitely take it to the dealer and tell them to fix it, your car is under warranty.

It means that it is missing the chip. You should have gotten a coupon from the dealer to have the chip installed when it is available.

2 week owner of a 2022 Silverado LT here. Dealership where we got our 2022 told us it will be handled like a recall - get a letter from GM, make appointment with a dealer's service department, give them the letter and the keys to the truck and they will install the chip and enable the function. As of 2 weeks ago, no one knows when this will begin.

I have had my truck since last March. There are options that are missing with or without buttons already installed.Heated seats are not important to me but safety options such as cross traffic detection are safety options and very important. The dealer tells me every month since July that the chips are coming soon.At GM, in chat, no information. In the forums is that I will have a reminder letter. Is there someone who could tell me who to inform me about Quebec and have an intelligent answer thank you

I bought my 2022 LTZ new April 2022 . The window sticker stated the heated and ventilated seats, heated steering wheel and front and rear parking sensors will be retrofitted by the dealer. I just received the letter from GM for the retrofit for just the heated seats. I have an appt at the dealer tomorrow. They will check the truck and then order parts. They said about 3 days to receive parts and then make another trip there for the install.
It would be nice if all of the missing options could be handled at once.

The curious thing is my rear cross traffic sensors function, but the parking sensors do not.

I got a call from the dealer that the parts were in for the heated seats. I scheduled for Mon of this week. It took them about 2 hrs to install the module. I now have functioning heated and vented seats.
Now the wait from GM for the parking sensors and heated steering wheel.

Default Android auto screen, map and the analog clock

Hi all,
I'm trying to help my father-in-law fix an issue he has with his Chevy Silverado Screen. But I am stumped at this point. He used to press android auto on the screen and use the map for navigation, and watch the analog clock on the side, but now for some reason some other app is showing. I have been trying whatever I could to come up with a solution. I can't even see an app in android auto that is remotely close to the analog clock.
I'd appreciate any help
Thanks
Lena
