When my wifi is on for my phone I cannot access the radio. Fm or am. Gm is stating that this typical of this year but this only started happening 3 weeks ago for a truck I’ve had for 1.5 years. Is anyone else having this issue

 

I am not having this trouble with my 2022 Refresh Silverado, but I did have a problem with the OTA updates not installing and the dealership wanted nothing to do with the problem.

Try calling the GM Connection Center Team at 1-877-558-8352 for assistance.

Unless the "entertainment center" is broken (and not related to software) dealership service departments are clueless. The only way for the dealership to become involved is if the GM Connection Center Team or OnStar Tech Support deems the problem to be a hardware one and then they will get the dealership's service department involved.
