the less electronic doo-dads , the better, if you ask me. It's all going to start costing mega money when the warranty runs out.

From the owners manual

But I see no such switch in my truck:

Now, I realize that the owner's manual depiction of the dash looks different than mine, but that is the only reference to the outlets in the manual, and it is the 2024 manual.

I might think that all trucks get the outlets but you have to buy the option to turn them on ... typical corporate sales tactic ... but the window sticker clearly says "120V INTERIOR AND CARGO BED POWER OUTLETS".

What am I missing??

Thanks for any help.

Cool It's gone ... !!

@Dannooo Thanks for the response. But it looks like that article is about 2023 Silverado 1500 trucks.

And ... 11 days ago I traded-in my '24 2500 for a '24 3500 DRW!! Crazy, huh? Thanks for the reminder to check the outlets!

Go figure ... an improperly seated fuse?? Sheesh! What are the odds on that? On a NEW vehicle - it had 13 miles when I took delivery.

Thanks for the feedback everyone!
@Blaise thank you! This fixed mine. I had pulled and tested the fuse and it was fine but didn’t fix it. I pulled the relay and reseated it and voila! Very strange.

Where is the 60Amp fuse and relay located? Is it the in the fuse box under the HOOD?
