Hello group!
I apologize if this question has been aired before but I have searched and searched with no luck finding an answer.
I just bought a '24 Silverado 1500 RST with the 5.3 and it says it is equipped with Dynamic Fuel Management. However, I have not seen any indication that it has ever activated while I am driving.
Should there be something on the DIC/instruments indicating DFM is active and it is running on less than 8 cylinders? Like I said, I haven't seen anything nor have I felt any change or difference in the engine running while cruising the highway.
Any info y'all can provide is greatly appreciated.
