Issues with Infotainment System
Is anyone experiencing audio issues with their infotainment system?
I have a 2022 Silverado with a larger infotainment system, and I’m experiencing a few different issues with it. First, when I change the channel from OTA to Sirius, I get a message saying, “loading audio” – no matter how long I wait, the audio never loads. However, if I change the channel to a different Sirius channel, I get audio, and if I immediately return to the channel that was displaying loading audio – it will work. This is a common experience and easily repeated. The second issue is I will lose audio (both OTA and Sirius) for like a second or two every so often. The final issue, happens probably once every week or two. When I turn the vehicle on, there will be no sound played from the radio. I know it takes a minute to boot up, but I've gone miles down the road before I realize there is no sound, and all I have to do is change the channel. Doesn't matter the channel or anything. The dealer has been no help.
