Default Noticeable vibration when idling

I saw a thread below me about a vibration when decelerating, this is different.

There is a noticeable vibration throughout the truck when in park, idling. My Chevy dealership tells me this is totally normal and known commonly as the Chevy Shakes.

It isn’t crazy but enough to switch truck brands lol, you can look at your drink in the cup holder and see the shaking!

My father has mentioned possibly a motor mount and I’m hoping for more insight prior to bringing it back to the Chevy Dealership’s garage.

It’s a 2019 Chevy Silverado WT V6

I am having Same issue with my 2019 silverado. Have taken it to two dealerships and both told me same thing, that this is normal. Fortunately for me I leased and will absolutely be going back as this is not the only problem i have experienced. I believe my truck is a electrical nightmare. Touch screen goes black from time to time, Oil pressure gauge moves from low pressure to high pressure and to normal depending on how hard stepping on gas, just yesterday pulling into a parking spot it went into 4 wheel high while moving locking up back wheels, had to drag myself into spot. Check engine light came on and went off in the same day and dealer said no codes sent, and last but not least it blows a puff of smoke at start up every morning. All of this was told to dealer when taking it in for routine maintenance and was told nothing found and your truck is running like it is supposed to.
