Default Whistling Noise when Heater is on (Cold Outside)

Good Morning Everyone!

I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT and have a very annoying issue. I can AutoStart my truck in the morning and have no issue, however once I begin to drive on a cold day... I can gradually hear my heater blower quit blowing heat and a loud high pitched whistle begins. If I turn the fan down the sound gets quieter and if I turn the fan up the sounds gets louder. Usually after driving for 10-15 minutes the sound will stop, however it is currently -41 outside with wind chill and the sound doesn't seem to be going away. This only seems to happen when it's below freezing outside and happens in any setting my truck has that involves blowing hot or cold air. Took it into Chevy and of course the truck didn't make the noise when it sat in their shop for a few hours so they told me there wasn't anything they can do because they couldn't pinpoint the issue without the noise occurring. Any help of suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Default No OA

We have the exact same issue on our 2022 1500. I pulled the air cabin filter and it had snow in it. I turned on the recirc and air temp inside the box did not change. I believe the outside air intake is clogged and the recirculation motor isn't moving. Unsure of the actual problem just a thought.

I have the same issue here! I have pulled the cabin filter during the slow air speed time and no snow in it.
2023 Silvwrado RST. Auto climate. 5.3L. 20500km .Only happens when cold outside.
